I'm visiting a friend in DC, so I won't make it. At the meeting they said Walter was going to check with Earl but at this point did not think the field was open. Peckham my be a better bet.

Got up with bad sinus second one of the year so I'm not going to get to fly today. The closest i get to flying today is setting and looking at planes, ha ha that will have to do.Maybe next time still early yet. Carl

Went by the field sunday (3/7/10) and gate was closed. Figured either road or field was to wet to fly.

Drove by Adam's field on the way home from dinner last night (3/26), the red gate was still closed!

From what Walter says, the field is closed until Earl calls him to say it's open. I wouldn't go in even if the gates were open. If Earl hasn't called Walter it's just going to piss him off. I'm sure that 4" of rain we got last week added another week until we get in there. On the other hand, Peckham is nicer than our field in many ways.
